Your account
You're responsible for your account and for keeping your login details secure, and for providing an accurate delivery address.
Orders & payment
Prices, taxes and any delivery or platform fees are shown before you pay. Orders are prepared by restaurants and delivered by our partners; once placed, an order may not be cancellable.
Bite24 Plus
Membership benefits apply as described at sign-up. You can cancel anytime; benefits continue until the end of your billing period.
Restaurants & riders
Restaurants prepare your food and riders deliver it. Bite24 provides the platform that connects you and is not the maker of the food itself.
Refunds
If something's wrong with your order, contact support and we'll make it right in line with our refund policy.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a revised date.
